With today normally being senior school assembly day, to stick to routine Dr Kemp has recorded an 'e'ssembly on tips on what we can all do to keep productivity and our physical and mental wellbeing high whilst we socially distance ourselves at home.

Firstly he recommends making a routine and sticking to it. Factor in time for work, exercise, rest, meal times and hobbies as well as keeping to a certain bedtime.

As many of us will be spending most, if not all, of our time with others at home his next tip is to create a space in your routine for time to yourself. "Watch films, read, pray, do yoga, play computer games. Whatever it is that helps you."

Another suggestion is to make cooking into more of a hobby and less of a chore, finding new recipes and getting the whole family involved creates a new activity for you all to do. Cleanliness is also important as we are spending so much time in one space - keeping things tidy will keep you feeling productive and positive.

His last suggestion is to ensure you connect with people, create chat groups online with friends and family or speak on the phone to keep you feeling connected to loved ones.
