On 7 July, Jemima B from Year 9 and Sophie K from Year 8 along with the rest of their team represented the West Anglia Orienteering Club (WAOC) in the National Inter-club Junior finals in Sandringham.
We are thrilled to announce that Molly C from Year 7 and the Coton CC U13 Girls team have retained the Lady Taverners Club U13 Girls title for the 3rd year in succession.
The Stephen Perse Foundation is proud and honoured to have been asked to represent England at the World Schools Games in both the U13 and U15 categories in Netball.
On the 1 July, Frederic K from Year 7 made the journey to the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham for the Track & Field Prep Schools National Championships, having won the East Area Championships in the U13 boys Javelin.
Six Year 8 students took part in a STEM project day at the Babraham Institute, organised by the Cambridge LaunchPad.
On 2 June six students from Year 7 were invited to Cambridge Consultants for a full day of STEM related activities.
On Monday 13 May, all pupils studying French in Y7-Y8-Y9 and Y10 had the opportunity to watch an interactive comedy called, “La Salle des Enigmes”, performed in French by the Onatti company at the Senior School. A big thank you to the two actors but also to our pupils for their enthusiastic participation!
On a blustery and at times a rather wet day, 15 of our students (and 1 staff member) all competed against the best in the County at the Cambridgeshire County Track & Field Championships at the Wilberforce Road Athletics Track.
Our twenty participants on the French Exchange trip set off for Rouen by coach just two days before the Easter break.

On Wednesday June 19, a competitive team of Years 7-10 from our Senior School competed in the Athletic championships at the Olympic Cup at the Wilberforce Road Athletic Track in central Cambridge.
Students in Year 9 and 10, learning Mandarin Chinese, welcomed the Year of the Rooster with a variety of activities in class, including the opportunity to try out a Lion Dance.
Earlier this term the Year 8s had the chance to learn some German, Mandarin Chinese, and Russian, as well as to practise their Latin derivatives.
The school has been alive with the sounds of chamber music for the last few days.
On Monday 6th February Year 11 students studying Visual Arts and Product Design headed off on a trip to the Tate Galleries and London's new Design Museum.
