One-term's fees
  • All Admissions fees include VAT where applicable.

  • In the event that taxes are applicable to any of the fees and extras and not reflected in this list, we will notify you promptly and reserve the right to reissue the relevant invoice(s) with the additional taxes included. Taxes as applicable are payable by parents in full and subject to our late payment provisions.

  • The registration fee covers the examination and administrative costs of the assessment process. This fee is VAT exempt as it is charged for services rendered, with no guarantee of a place being offered. It is non-refundable irrespective of whether the registered child attends the assessment session.

  • A non-refundable acceptance fee is payable when an offer of a place is accepted. This fee covers the administrative costs of preparing for new pupils, including induction arrangements. VAT is applicable to this fee for Reception year and above for education starting after 1 January 2025.

  • A fully refundable deposit is payable upon acceptance of a place which is held as security by the Foundation and is refunded in accordance with the Foundation’s Parent Contract. This is a fully refundable deposit paid as security and so it is outside the scope of VAT.

Payment of School and Boarding Fees

All school and boarding fees are payable to The Stephen Perse Foundation through one of the following payment frequencies and methods.

Subject to agreement with us, fees may be paid termly, termly by monthly instalments, or annually in advance, by Direct Debit from a UK bank account. Annual and termly fees may also be paid via our Payment Portal. Payment via Direct Debit or the portal offers a secure way to pay and the portal can accept payments in various currencies. We also offer parents the option to pay for 2 or more years in advance (fees in advance). Any parent who wishes to discuss the options for paying fees in advance should make contact with our fees team.

Fees must be cleared into The Stephen Perse Foundation bank account at least 10 working days in advance of the term to which they relate, except as part of the monthly Direct Debit instalment scheme, when fees are taken monthly on, or on the first working day after, the 7th day of each month, with the first payment in August for the academic year beginning on 1 September. Please note that the payment portal may take a few days to clear funds.

Payment of Nursery Fees

Our Nursery fees are calculated as a total charge from enrolement date to 31 August, and divided equally by the number of billing months. They are due on the first day of the month to which they relate, unless they are paid by Direct Debit, when they are taken on the 7th or closest working day thereafter of each month.

For Late Stay, Nursery and Holiday Enrichment Programme fees only, we also accept Tax Free Childcare and Childcare Vouchers, please contact the Fees Team for further information if you wish to make a payment using these.
