    Executive Team

    Across our schools, we have developed a collaborative approach to leadership. Each Head leads their own school, whilst also engaging with colleagues to be leaders for the whole Foundation.

    Principal Elect and Head 11-18

    Stephen has been a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Stephen Perse Cambridge since 2018 and was appointed as Principal in September 2026. In addition to his previous roles at the school of Senior Deputy Head and Head (11-18), he has held various other senior leadership positions during his career, including Deputy Head Academic and Head of Sixth Form. Stephen has also taught at Cambridge University, supervising Mathematics, and co-authored over twenty Mathematics textbooks for A Level and the International Baccalaureate. He holds Masters degrees in both Mathematics and in Mathematics Education from Trinity College, Cambridge.
